1. How is the shipment made?
In Italy shipping takes place by national courier, BRT Express.
For other countries, shipping is by international courier (DPD, FedEX, Poste) chosen according to the case.
You will always be notified via email which courier will be for your shipment.
1.1 How much is the shipping cost?
For Italy shipping is completely free.
For France, shipping costs € 9.90
For European Union countries the price starts at € 15.
For the countries of Extra-Europe or Rest of the World prices vary according to the Courier and Customs Taxes
In any case, the prices are clear and transparent, and are shown in the summary of your shopping cart.
1.2 What are the delivery times?
In Italy in 95% of cases the delivery takes place in the 24 hours after shipment, at most 48 hours for the less central areas . (48 / 72h Islands)
If the order is made after 3 pm, the order will be processed the next day.
To be sure on the delivery date, rely only on the tracking code because this is provided to us directly by the courier.
Shipments within the EU require 5 to 10 working days.
Shipments to Extra-EU countries can take up to 2 weeks.
1.3 How do I know where my package is?
We choose to deliver with tracked shipping, so you can know where the package is at any time thanks to the tracking code.
As soon as the package is picked up by the courier, it generates a tracking number which is delivered to us within 24 hours by the courier's center.
We will then provide you with the tracking code by email with instructions for tracking your package or SMS
1.4 If I'm not home for the delivery, what happens?
In case you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice or he will call you at the phone number indicated when ordering.
Usually the first working day for delivery will pass. It will be your concern to have you found at home for delivery
The main objective is to ensure that the order arrives at its destination as soon as possible.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we promptly invite you to contact us by phone or email within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its content.
Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number (Return, Exchange or Return).
The costs for the departure shipment and the import duty are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
