Shipping of Marant Leather Goods
1. How does the shipment take place?
In Italy the shipment takes place by national courier, BRT Express.
For other countries, shipping is done by international courier (DPD, FedEX, Poste) chosen as appropriate.
You will always be notified by email which courier will be for your shipment.
1.1 How much does shipping cost?
For Italy shipping is completely free.
In Italy in 95% of cases, delivery takes place within 24 hours following shipment, at most 48 hours for less central areas . (48 / 72h Islands)
For France shipping costs 9,90 €
For the countries of the European Union the price starts from 15 €.
For the countries of Extra-Europe or Rest of the World the prices vary according to the Courier and Customs Taxes

1.2 What are the delivery times?
However, if the order is placed after 3 pm, the order will be processed the next day.
To be sure of the delivery date, rely only on the tracking code as this is provided to us directly by the courier.
Shipments within the EU take between 5 and 10 working days.
Shipments to Extra-EU countries can take up to 2 weeks.
1.3 How do I know where my package is?
We choose to deliver with tracked shipping, so you can know where the package is at any time thanks to the tracking code.
As soon as the package is collected by the courier, he generates a tracking number that is delivered to us within 24 hours from the courier's central office.

1.4 If I'm not home for the delivery, what happens?
In case you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice or will call you at the telephone number indicated when placing your order.
Usually the first working day will pass for delivery. It will be your pleasure to have you at home for delivery

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly by phone or email within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its content.
Please do not return any products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA (Return, Exchange or Return) number.
Departure shipping costs and import duty are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
