Right of withdrawal

1. Procedures

45 et seq of Legislative Decree no. 21/14

if the customer is a final consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract

for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

1.1 The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days, through the Return procedure available in the purchasing of personal profile registered on the site or through the means of communication available to the customer.

1.2 In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made to Pelletteria Marant will be reimbursed, in compliance with all the terms to be followed.

2. WARNING! The shipping costs for the Restitution are Your Load, Marant only reimburse the returned item.

2.1 The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the fifteen-day period.

2.2 Marant may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has dispatched the goods in accordance with Art. 56

2.2 Below is a detailed description of each procedure to make the Return in the best way possible.

2.3 Even if only one of these points does not respect the Return will NOT be accepted!

3. Before sending the goods, verify that you have the following requirements:

3.1 Have you contacted customer service by e-mail info@pelletteriamarant.com , to forward your request to return.

3.2 You have submitted the "Returned" request on the site, with the reason for the return.

3.3 The Disposable Card is perfectly integrative and therefore has not been removed from the product.

3.4 All labels, fabric or pendants, are perfectly integrative and therefore have not been removed from the product.

3.5 Each product to be made is in the same condition as it was originally shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner.

3.6 Each product made has not been used and / or washed and / or treated in any way.

3.7 Boxes, protective envelopes must be the same as shipment, with new return documents

3.8 Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has otherwise expressly agreed otherwise

3.9 If Customer decides to be reimbursed by wire transfer, he / she will be responsible for providing you with the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder).

3.10 If the Customer decides to dispatch the goods subject to withdrawal, he / she assumes all responsibility for the shipment until the receipt in our warehouse.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Marant will notify the customer of the incident so that he or she will be able to obtain a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the refund of the value of the goods (if secured);

in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

Marant is not responsible in any way of the damage or theft / loss of goods returned with shipments not assic urate.

In the case of the customer's own delivery of the goods, the refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the goods at the Marant warehouses or, alternatively, until the customer will withhold the shipment by means of a receipt.


4.1 The payment method used at the purchase will be the means of reimbursement and it is NOT possible to change it.

4.2 The Reimbursement of the sustained cost is applied ONLY to the products, the cost sustained by Marant for shipping, packaging and care of the product will be retained since they are no longer part of the "free shipping" promotion or in the cost of shipping if the country is different from " Italy"


a.1 The Reimbursement will always take place in every situation, in this case it is to be advised that the customer will receive the total refund spent if he makes all the goods purchased or in the event of a partial refund he will receive the price deducted of the discounts.

a.2 (Example: if the customer buys 2 products and reaches a 20% discount and then returns all the goods, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid)

a.3 In the event that the customer makes only one of the products purchased and has received a 20% discount, the value of the product will be returned minus 20% discount, ALSO if the remaining amount does not cover the minimum sum to reach that discount percentage [for example "€ 99 for 15% and € 129 for 20%] and the customer is in the 15% range, MARANT is required to withhold the remainder of the discount.

a.4 If there is a FREE order in the order, the latter is not subject to return and can be returned only if chosen by the customer.


b.1 The exchange is NOT considered as an ORDER

b.2 The change is subject and is treated as a return, for this reason, the shipping costs for the return of the goods and the return is at your expense.

b.3 The CHANGE is no longer possible after 15 days of the order day

5. The right of withdrawal shall cease wholly, in the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Marant does not establish that the above points have been respected

5.1 In the event of termination of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the Marant site, available to the Customer for his / her take-over.
