Shipping policy

Pelletteria Marant orders are shipped by insured express courier to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure the details you provide — name, address, postcode and phone number — are correct and complete, to ensure prompt, trouble-free delivery.

Shipping within Italy is always free. Items in stock are normally handed to the courier within 24 working hours of order confirmation (or of receipt of payment, for bank transfers and prepaid orders). Delivery usually takes 24–72 working hours; the islands and more remote areas may require a few extra days. You will always receive a tracking code by email.

International shipping: for destinations within the EU, shipping starts from €9.90 and varies by area; for non-EU countries, costs and delivery times depend on the destination, and any customs duties are payable by the recipient. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary during peak periods — sales, Black Friday, holidays and special promotions — or for reasons beyond our control, such as strikes or adverse weather.

If delivery fails because the recipient is not available or the address is incorrect, the courier will make further attempts according to its own procedures. Should the parcel be returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange a new shipment; any additional reshipping costs may be charged to you.
