1. SHIPPING

 

Items in stock are normally shipped within 24 working hours of order confirmation or, for prepaid orders (PayPal, Postepay, bank transfer), within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

We ship exclusively by insured express courier.

 

1.1 Shipping costs

Shipping within Italy is free of charge. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination area and the order value. For shipments within the EU, costs start from €9.90. For more information on shipping methods and costs, click HERE

Pelletteria Marant guarantees your complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return one or more items, PROVIDED THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN USED, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery (the 14 days start from the day the courier delivers the parcel), and receive a refund.

You may also exchange the items purchased for other products available in our store.

 

 

4. WARRANTY

 

On receiving the parcel, the customer must check that the goods have arrived intact and have not been damaged.

If the goods received show defects not caused by transport or by the customer (i.e. the product has not been used), the customer must notify Pelletteria Marant of the problem through the messaging services provided, NO LATER THAN 3 (THREE) days after delivery.

The customer must provide photographic evidence of the defect, so that our artisans can assess it in advance. In any case, the product must not have been used or treated in any way.

Pelletteria Marant will not accept exchanges or returns if the product has been used.

On request, Pelletteria Marant can send any spare parts to your address.
